Terms of Service

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms govern your access to apollar.net and the RentMe mobile application. The service is provided by Apollar s.r.o., Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic (“Apollar”, “we”, “us”). By using RentMe, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What RentMe provides

RentMe is a technology marketplace that helps users discover, present, communicate about and request lawful local services. “Explorers” search for services and submit requests. “Loopers” describe and offer services. Unless explicitly stated for a particular service, Apollar is not the provider, employer or agent of a Looper and does not guarantee that a transaction will occur.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must meet the minimum age in the applicable App Store listing and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may not share authentication codes, impersonate another person or create accounts to evade a restriction.
• Professional claims, qualifications and service descriptions must be truthful and lawful.

4. Services and prohibited conduct

RentMe is for lawful professional and skill-based services. Prohibited activity includes dating or sexual services, illegal or dangerous services, harassment, discrimination, fraud, misleading qualifications, weapons, controlled substances, exploitation, payment manipulation, spam, account abuse and attempts to compromise the service.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect people.

5. Requests, bookings and cancellations

A service request may contain a service, price, duration, date, location and other terms. Users are responsible for reviewing the final details before submitting or accepting a request. A booking is subject to the status and cancellation terms shown in the app. Users must not manipulate booking status, availability, pricing or another user’s records.

6. Prices, purchases and payments

Prices and any platform charges are shown before a relevant purchase or booking. Where payment features are available, payment processing may be provided by a third party and additional terms may apply. In-app subscriptions and digital purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, billing rules and refund process. Apollar does not store full payment card numbers.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Apollar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve RentMe. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

8. Safety and user responsibility

Users must exercise reasonable judgment, communicate clearly and follow applicable law. Reporting, blocking and verification features reduce risk but do not eliminate it. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not use RentMe to arrange prohibited or unsafe activity.

9. Intellectual property

RentMe, Apollar, their software, designs, trademarks, graphics and related materials are owned by Apollar or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense or misuse the service or its protected elements.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change for security, legal, operational or product reasons. We may discontinue a feature after reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Apollar is not responsible for a user’s independent conduct or the quality of a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using RentMe and request account deletion through the app or Support. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks or harm to users. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact Support so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
